A family heirloom
My dear mother in law past away recently (which explains why I haven`t been blogging much the last couple of months). I regret to say that I do not know the history behind this beautiful old Singer, but I think it belonged either to her mother or grandmother.
I have put the machine on display, doesn`t it look great? In time the machine will passed on to my kids, as it should be.

Det var trist å høre om din svigermor. Veldig koseligt å ha en så flott symaskin etter henne. Jeg har symaskin etter bestemor og det betyr mye for meg :o) Håper symaskina vil gi deg gode og varme minner om hene.
