Working on the Goodbye Quilt

I am spending a few days at home, trying to teach Max not to chew on everything in the house and finishing the Goodbye Quilt. Our colleague is leaving the 12th, so the quilt is to be presented one week from today. No time to lose!

Today I sewed together the middlesection. I have to add some borders to lengthen the quilt, and I am thinking stars. Could add hearts, but we don`t want to give his wife the wrong idea, lol. So, I am thinking stars.

Have fun sewing!

  3. I've been a silent reader for some time and followed the progress of this beautiful quilt. Congratulations! I am sure the person who gets this wonderful gift will be very pleased and happy about it. It's a great "souvenir" of friends working together.
