Quilt class and food!

Yesterday I joined a class at my friend Liv, learning to make the cutest make up bag. The teacher of the class was Bente Tufte (no blog). We were ten happy ladies that met for the day, eager to learn and chat.

Liv has a cosy little quiltshop on the top of the familys garage, and this is the second time I have joined classes here. I woke up yesterday feeling the coming of a flu, but I just had to go. Part of the class was about sewing a zipper, and I stink at that. The fact that her husband always make a delicious lunch for us also had something to do with my eagerness. Imagine going to a fun quilt course, and also being fed!! What a lucky gal!

Mmm, snacks........

What did I sew? I will show you tomorrow, when it is finished :)

Have fun sewing!

  2. That sounds like fun and I can't blame you for wanted to see how to sew a zip..they can be quite daunting! :o)
