Annes chickensalad

Guess who just managed to delete all her pictures, including the one of a plate with some delicious chickensalad on it?? That`s right, I did....... However, the receite is in my head, and here it is:

1 grilled chicken
500 gr pasta
1 1/4 cup ( 3dl) cream (heavy whipping)
1 jar of green pesto
1 jar (180 gr) sundried tomatoes in oil
6-8 cloves of garlic in oil
salt & pepper

Boil the pasta and remove the water. Mix the cream (unwhipped) and pesto together, and then mix it with the pasta and fine chopped garlic, chopped tomatoes and the chicken meat. Add salt and pepper and that`s it!

Serve the salad with baguette, feta cheese and good olives. This is great comfort food on a hot summer day. Easy to make and easy to eat.

Enjoy!
